Job Description
- Review of contractors abstracts.
- Conduct monthly audits of contractors& suppliers accounts.
- Preparing the monthly trail balances for contractors & suppliers.
- Follow up the accounts of guarantee checks & letters of guarantee.
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Managing budgets
- Supervising staff
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce (Accounting).
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- At least 8 years’ experience in Contracting or Real estate.
- Good command of English Language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Accounting tools Work experience in ERP Accounting system is preferable
- Strong communication and negotiations skills
