Job Description

  • Review of contractors abstracts.
  • Conduct monthly audits of contractors& suppliers accounts.
  • Preparing the monthly trail balances for contractors & suppliers.
  • Follow up the accounts of guarantee checks & letters of guarantee.
  • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
  • Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
  • Managing budgets
  • Supervising staff
  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Commerce (Accounting).
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Contracting or Real estate.
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Accounting tools Work experience in ERP Accounting system is preferable
  • Strong communication and negotiations skills
  • Reports Preparing skills
