Job Description
- Handling a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
- Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Reporting on weekly basis to the Sales Manager about the ongoing and pending activities
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, and submitting it to the Sales Manager
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive for minimum 3-5 years in the IT Field
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries as soon as possible and deliver efficient customer support
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Perfect usage of Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn high level IT technologies
