About the Job
  • Handling a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Reporting on weekly basis to the Sales Manager about the ongoing and pending activities
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, and submitting it to the Sales Manager
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive for minimum 3-5 years in the IT Field
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries as soon as possible and deliver efficient customer support
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Perfect usage of Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to learn high level IT technologies
