We have an opening for a Human Resources Recruiter in the operations division. Along with HR responsibility, the role has minor office management and facility management responsibility to manage Storat Egypt operations. The job requirement is:
- Coordinate with hiring manager on job requirements and target candidates profile.
- Headhunt candidates for the open positions.
- Post jobs in various portals including career page, wuzzuf, and social media job groups.
- Screen potential candidates applying for jobs in various divisions in Egypt and UAE.
- Manage the recruitment process using Zoho Recruit.
- Coordinate Interview, conduct examination and screening process for candidates.
- Negotiate with the hiring managers on selecting the candidate for the job.
- Coordinate with the VP of HR on the hiring process.
- Help with the on-boarding process of new candidates.
Job Requirements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Graduate in Human Resources related discipline is preferred.
- 2-5 years minimum in Human Resources or as a Recruiter.
- Previous experience in hiring for internet platforms\ e-Commerce or digital marketing is a huge plus.
