We have an opening for a Human Resources Recruiter in the operations division. Along with HR responsibility, the role has minor office management and facility management responsibility to manage Storat Egypt operations. The job requirement is:

  • Coordinate with hiring manager on job requirements and target candidates profile.
  • Headhunt candidates for the open positions.
  • Post jobs in various portals including career page, wuzzuf, and social media job groups.
  • Screen potential candidates applying for jobs in various divisions in Egypt and UAE.
  • Manage the recruitment process using Zoho Recruit.
  • Coordinate Interview, conduct examination and screening process for candidates.
  • Negotiate with the hiring managers on selecting the candidate for the job.
  • Coordinate with the VP of HR on the hiring process.
  • Help with the on-boarding process of new candidates.

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Graduate in Human Resources related discipline is preferred.
  • 2-5 years minimum in Human Resources or as a Recruiter.
  • Previous experience in hiring for internet platforms\ e-Commerce or digital marketing is a huge plus.
