Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements & Contracts.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the Real Estate market.
Ensure compliance with Real Estate laws and policies when conducting property deals.
Monitor the properties market to identify individuals with interest in properties to convince them and secure the deal.
Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Any other duties related to the job.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or any other related field.
At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Negotiation Skills: Real Estate Sales Executive is well versed in conducting property price negotiations to reach a profitable bargain.
Communication Skills: very good at interacting with prospective buyers, and Sales department staff to coordinate the sale.
Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several projects.
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Ability to communicate in Arabic & English clearly verbally and in writing.
Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.
