Job Description

  • Establish an effective presence on social media sites Greets and directs all customers.
  • Respond to customers inquiries.
  • Conducting outbound calls and various sales activities.
  • Responding to incoming emails, phone and social media inquiries.
  • Recording office expenses.
  • Order services as required from third party suppliers in relation to customer’s requirements.
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
