- Establish an effective presence on social media sites Greets and directs all customers.
- Respond to customers inquiries.
- Conducting outbound calls and various sales activities.
- Responding to incoming emails, phone and social media inquiries.
- Recording office expenses.
- Order services as required from third party suppliers in relation to customer’s requirements.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
