Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- The Clinical Instructor (CI) provides staff development expertise as an instructor, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader and researcher.
- Clinical Instructor supports the development of the bedside nurse, and fosters empowerment through knowledge to achieve excellence, through the delivery of evidenced based nursing practice.
- This occurs through the facilitation of the educational process through
assessment, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of
competency
Job Requirements
Credentials:
- A BSN Degree in Nusing , MSN Degree is preferred.
- Must be registered with the Egyptian Syndicate of Nurses".
Experience:
- 3 years of applied clinical experience as a Clinical Instructor.
- Must practice nursing within the scope of practice as determined by the Egyptian Syndicate.
Training:
- ACLS certified, attend orientation program ,attend 50 hrs ofmandatory in-service training in a contractual year
Skills:
- Presentation skills , effective Communication , Adaptability& Teamwork
- Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Office, internet and knowledge of Audiovisual Equipment
