Job Description

Youll be working on

  • CTI applications for Vodafone customers worldwide
  • Not only that, but developing, testing and implementing call center and commercial applications over Genesys system and other platforms.
  • Working on digital experience on different platforms
  • Creating, bug fixing and improving application performance

Job Requirements

Technologies youll work with and need to know

  • Oracle PLSQL, SQLPlus, Full Stack web developer, Unix Shell Script, Red hat basics, Genesys system, Java SE, Java EE, JavaScript

What we expect from you

  • Self-motivation and can-do attitude
  • Pleasant communication skills
  • Development experience with multiple programming languages for 3 years (Java EE is a must)
  • Working knowledge of the general CTI landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
  • familiarity with frameworks and web technologies
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Good knowledge of interface builder and Object-oriented concepts

Were happy if you

  • Have previous experience with Microsoft Azure bot framework.
  • Have an agile experience
