Job Description
- Receiving calls from customers asking for after sales service for their equipment.
- Preparing a weekly work plan for service engineers' visits.
- Confirming appointments with customers and service engineers.
- Following up with customers the equipment status after finishing the service Job.
- Issuing the after sales department invoices and follow up on payments.
- Recording and updating the database of service visits.
- Following up maintenance contracts annually with customers.
- Providing the After Sales Manager with required reports.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE
- Chemical/ Biomedical/ Mechanical Engineers or Chemists.
- Experience from 1 to 2 years.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent command of English.
