Job Description
- Implementation of safety and health standards in the department.
- Measuring the skills of the employees who are working in the department and make the skills matrix.
- The distribution of tasks to the employees of the productive department to ensure the proper utilization of available human resources.
- Making the training plans for the employees in the productive department to improve their skills.
- Encourage the employees in the department to participate in continuous improvement and to present the ideas and innovation.
- Conduct periodic evaluation of the Staff’s performance in the department.
- Distribute of daily production plans to the production operations sections.
- Follow up the implementation of work process on the various production sections to achieve the monthly productivity plan.
- Identifying the needs of Human Resources for implementing the productive plans.
- Measuring the performance rates of the department that specified in "Al Ahram Manufacturing System" AMS (Quality, Cost, Productivity and Delivery).
- Analyze the causes of deviations from required performance rates.
- Create and follow up the necessary operational plans to correct deviations of required performance rates.
- Cooperation with other departments in problem solving, performance development, continuous improvement and future planning.
- To control of losses and depreciation of production processes.
- To Control of stocks of materials and parts inside the production warehouse.
- Ensure consistency between production data, actual inventory and data recorded on ERP system.
- Maintain equipment, ensure proper operation and communicate effectively with maintenance management to minimize faults, speed repair and achieve maintenance plans.
- Specify the department's needs from the machines, tools and supplies required for operation and finally to put the annual plans.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Qualifications: Faculty of Science, Major: Chemistry, preferably graduates of Ain Shams University or Cairo University.
- Experience: Fresh Graduate with good grade at least.
- Good English language skills.
- Excellent Computer literature.
