Job Description
You’ll be working on…
- Define Capacity measurements for VAS & IT Nodes / Services.
- Suggest capacity solutions in order to achieve the forecasted service.
- Produce weekly / Monthly Capacity Management Reports
- Study the effect of promotions and new services on the VAS & IT elements capacity.
- Responsible for IT Nodes / services Capacity Monitoring and Optimization plans .
- Analysis, design and implement the integration between VAS & IT nodes and services with capacity management tool / portal .
