Job Description
- Detailed analysis on market returned product & reporting to concerned section about the noted issues.
- Supervision of repacking activities & assigning batch no. / date code on repacked products.
- Maintaining the proper hygiene condition of the plant premises and makes sure the waste materials are removing in an efficiently / on timely manner.
- Stock level monitoring of cleaning chemicals / cleaning tools etc. & placing the order accordingly.
- Inspection of the finished product and transport vehicles going to export market while loading. Scheduling & supervision of cleaning / disinfection of distribution of vehicles.
- Calibration of all measuring devices before due date and maintaining the records. Up-dating the Raw material specification sheet when required.
- Periodical hygiene inspection and monitoring the pest control activities at staff accommodation facilities.
- Prepare the master cleaning schedule / cleaning operation procedures as per SSOPs & maintaining its record thereof.
- Packing hall, Cleaning room, Roasting room & Grinding hall, Storage rack in warehouse, Administrative offices, Canteen / dressing room, Fumigation container – Every month
- Walls & ceilings in warehouse, Shutters , Doors , plastic curtains & plastic palettes – when required
- Microbiological / chemical testing of followings & its proper documentation
- Raw, Semi-finished & finished food items, Packaging materials
- Operational water, Machine , environment & employer’s hand swabs
- Proper filing of record on times after getting verified
- Handle the Dubai Municipality Cards
- Lab Vehicle Check up
- Reports to: Asst. Quality Control In charge.
- Office outside – Every three month
- Water tank – Every six month (external)
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Food Technology or Microbiology
- Dubai Residents Only
- Knowledge of Dried Fruits Nuts and Spices categories, culinary skills and food science knowledge
- Customer oriented
- Organized and detail oriented
- Good listening & communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Flexibility and resilience.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment that requires rapid decision making and adaptability
- Good influencing skills across organizational and cultural boundaries, excellent interpersonal skills and Analytical thinking skills (accurate with figures)
- Problem solving and Project management skills
- Capable of combining strategic thinking and operational detail
- Perfect knowledge of Windows & MS Office
