Warehouse & Operations Head

Multi-national FMCG company requires Warehouse and Operation Head with below duties:

• Implement corporative demand planning tools.
• Ensure compliance with the storage conditions of the finished products in the warehouse entered.
• Implement control actions to ensure inventory levels real (physical) warehouse the finished product always matches the theoretical level (system). Includes the total daily Stock count.
• Establish methods to ensure the implementation of FIFO stock rotation (technical FIFO) - First in, first out.
• Ensure compliance with the storage conditions of the finished products in the warehouse entered.
• Implement control actions to ensure that the real inventory levels (physical) in the warehouse of finished goods always matches the theoretical level (system). Includes the total daily Stock count.
• Request removal of finished products that are declared detriment.
• Establish methods to ensure the implementation of FIFO stock rotation – First in, first out.
• Report the products that cause the greatest amount of expense due to expiration.
• Have training programs to ensure the consciousness of workers on the proper care of the products in the warehouse of finished goods.
• Implement processes to tightly control the movement (inputs and outputs) of products in the warehouse.
• To inform stakeholders, both local and corporate, deviations found in the implementation of supply plans.
• Ensure dissemination and stakeholder participation in the preparation of the Plan of Demand and Supply Plans.
