Maintenance & Injection Head - FMCG

Multi-national FMCG company requires Maintenance and Injection Head with below JD:

• Implementing a preventive or predictive maintenance plan in order to make sure that the necessary manufacturing equipment remains in optimal conditions.
  
• Implementing check daily actions to the teams in charge, so that there is a culture of care and preservation of manufacturing equipment.
  
• Registering the resources used in each maintenance activity in order to establish the total cost of maintenance and its impact on the production cost.
  
• Manages the annual maintenance budget by not exceeding the annual budget to facilitate controlled spending for the maintenance category.
• Scheduling technical maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) and providing the necessary resources to carry out their activities (time, training, materials and information) in order to have a proper execution of maintenance activities.
  
• Ensuring the implementation of scheduled maintenance activities and the results thereof, in order to provide the necessary confidence to the manufacturing area for the use of equipment.
  
• Plan production for existing products and new product development.
  
• Plan and monitor the entire production schedule/plan production
  
• Production supervisor support for new product trials and routine production.
  
• Reviewing and analyzing the daily production report.
