Job Description
- Handles all correspondences to the center and prepares appropriate communication in liaison with the board and executive management.
- Answers all inquiries directed to the office of the board of directors and executive management
- Prepare for and manages all executive and board meetings
- Acts as the memory of the center, keeping all formal records or employees, and other key documents in an organized manner.
- Oversees the level of cleanliness and order in the executive and board members’ offices.
- Assumes any data mining tasks ordered by the board or executive management.
- Handle/Reply to complaints received through the different online channels and report them to the respective departments and follow-through to ensure they are resolved.
- Promotes the center’s services throughout all possible online & social communication methods.
- Ensures visitors are welcomed appropriately and coordinates their presence in the center.
- Comprehends and assumes appropriately professional attire for her role.
- Undertakes any other tasks related to the core scope of work as per the job description.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
IT Skills:
- Professional user of Microsoft Office
- Language: Proficient in Arabic & English languages – other languages are a
- Definite plus (French-German)
- Candidate Fit: middle-aged, females only.
