Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handling British Customers Over the phone for CORPORATE accounts
- The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standards
Working Conditions:
- 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m for Horizon (6th of October) , or Fixed Shifts from 9/10 am till 6/7 Pm for Dallah (Maadi)
- 2 days off Rotational
- Work location :- Horizon (6th of October) or Dallah (Maadi) upon request
