Job Description

  • Manage the day to day operations of the recruitment team,
  • Working with Line Managers on fulfilling recruitment campaigns Handle of the recruitment process including international sourcing, interviewing and offer management Prepare shortlist for a variety of roles at all levels
  • Interact with key stakeholders, balancing priorities for urgent roles and time pressured project campaigns
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies Manage documentation for visa applications, references and mobility
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the company.
  • Follow the annual recruitment plan.
  • Fulfill company's needs for recruitment ( White and blue collars )
  • Organize internal and external training.
  • Participate in annual training planning.

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner.
  • Multitasking and working calmly and concentratively under pressure.
  • Well connected on recruitment website,
  • Quick learner and target oriented.
  • Experience in general HR operations, recruitment, and learning & development.
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources (ideal but not essential).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Experience in the Blue Collar is a must
