Key Responsibilities
- Builds a good understanding of target customers and their business
- Maximises the impact of transactional sales through effective probing and lead qualification
- Provides a personalised service and builds relationships with customers
- Tracks competitor information and market trends and suggests required action
- Formulates and manages service contracts with customers
- Communicates service or rate changes, notable trends, policies and other relevant information to assigned accounts
- Assists with processing price quotes and rate negotiations
- Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
Job Requirements
- Ambition to make a career in logistics sector (operations and sales)
- Relevant university degree, fresh graduates or candidates with maximum 3 year relevant experience
- Excellent level of English
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team & Result oriented
- High attention to details
- Must have a can-do and positive attitude
- Organized and willing to go the extra mile
- Good knowledge in MS office applications
- Confident in dealing with various stakeholders.
