Job Description
Seeking a Featured job, Bin Zayed Group announces its need for a CEO Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
- Representing CEO in the meetings in Egypt or outside.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Good user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ….)
- Females only
- BSc /Ba in Business Management or relevant field, AUC/BRITSH UNIVERSITY/CANADIAN UNIVERSITY/GUC is a must.
