Job Description

A Saudi Arabian Company working in electromechanical Engineering is hiring Sales & Business Development Section Head with the below Job Description:

SALES PLAN / BUDGET

  • Develop the Annual Target Plan, Forecast and budget for the National Sales in line with the Company’s strategic objectives and communicate to the relevant parties in order to set a realistic gauge for the department’s revenue and expenses for the upcoming year.
  • Develop the annual Sales Plan & forecast production based on past historical data and future market activities.
  • Based on the sales plan, develop the budget, including manpower requirements and submit all to the GM / EVP for approval.
  • Communicate approved sales plan and budget to the Sales Managers for their reference and action.

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

  • Manage the implementation and fulfillment of the Sales Targets by the National Sales Team in order to ensure Company’s expectation are delivered in line with its Business Plans.
  • Manage the Sales Team and provide Sales Target(s) and objectives which shall complement the department’s objectives.
  • Develop and acquire new projects under government and business entities.
  • Control receivables based on the number of months as required by the Business Unit.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of bids & success rate of converting bids to orders.
  • Continue liaison with the Sales Managers and prospective customers in order to secure new projects.

NEW BUSINESS

  • Manage the development and broadening of customers / clients networks for the promotion and sale of Consumer AC products in order to ensure new businesses are acquired for a continuous and sustainable growth in the market.
  • Network and interact with the different businesses / government agencies or departments for new possible ventures / business.
  • Establish and maintain Joint Venture partnership relations to enhance the unit’s capacity and capability for new projects / mega
  • Develop and expand the dealer networks for consumer products.

OPERATIONAL BUDGET EFFICIENCY

  • Oversee the cost and expenditures of the department in its day to day management in order to ensure sustainable profit margins are achieved within the defined level of expenses.
  • Provide inputs towards the planning / development of the Budget for his function.
  • Monitor and approve cost / expenses against the approved budget.
  • Promote and advocate initiatives on cost management and operational efficiency.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Ensure the National Sales Team’s provision of utmost quality and efficient service to all of its customers in line with the Company’s Core Values to ensure their utmost satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain good relations with the customer and establish long term relations.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of the requested product to the customer as per contract.
  • Manage the timely resolution of all customer related complaints and inquiries are solved timely and within the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Communicate to the team the importance of customer service and satisfaction towards the achievement of the department’s objectives.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Master in Business Administration is preferred
  • With knowledge and exposure in HVAC, Design & Specification
  • 45 Years old or Less
  • 10 Years of experience
  • Experience in HVAC, EPC, MEP & Contracting industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems.
  • English, Arabic Languages
  • Analytical and have a good Attention to Details.
  • Good Customer Service Skills.
  • Good Networking and presentation skills.
