Job Description
- Preparation of the budget plan for the annual needs of the company's spare parts according to the annual consumption rates of the items used.
- Orders are processed according to consumption rates and external customer requests and then sends them to Logistics Management to execute purchase orders.
- Following up the implementation of the purchase plan and making sure that it meets the needs of the company's work, and compliance with the requirements of quality, cost and time.
- Researching local suppliers, negotiating with them and ensuring the best prices and terms of contract for the service centers and outlets of the required and non-existent items in the company's portfolio and suppliers
- It analyzes the inventory periodically to show the movement of fast and stagnant items according to consumption rates.
- Responsible for the establishment and updating of Supplier Database with inventory control management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience from 7-10 Years ( prefer in Automotive industry).
