Job Description

A Saudi Arabian Company working in electromechanical field is hiring Senior Sales Engineer with the below

Job Description:

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

  • Achieve the defined Sales Target in order to maintain sustainability and growth of the business in a competitive market.
  • Maintain the Customer / Client profiling database for all new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate received inquiries from both new and present customers / clients for possibility of actual contract signing.
  • Lead in the aggressive push of unit’s products and services to new and existing customers / clients.

PROFIT MARGIN ACHIEVEMENT

  • Achieve the Profit Margin percentage, as agreed upon by the Project Sales Manager, in order to ensure the continuous profitability of the business is achieved within the Company’s Standards and Core Values.
  • Evaluate received inquiries from both new and present customers / clients and measure possibility of profit within the defined scope.
  • Ensure the accuracy in the quotation / contract in particular the price estimates in order to correctly measure the project’s profit margin.
  • Evaluate additional requirements of the customers / clients for possible optimal profit within the Company’s standards and values.

NEW BUSINESS

  • Evaluate and acquire new clients / customers, which shall supplement in the achievement of the Sales Target and ensure development and growth of the business products and services in the market.
  • Maintain the Customer / Client profiling database for all new and existing customers.
  • Meet with potential customers / clients and present the business in order to acquire their needs for the unit’s products and services.

CONTRACTS AGAINST OFFER

  • Deliver the required ratio between actual contract signing against offers made as defined by the Business Development Manager in order to ensure the efficient focus of time and effort to those having the highest probability in sales agreement.
  • Evaluate all received inquiries on the probability of actual sales / contract signing.
  • Conduct aggressive follow up to those issued offers / quotations.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • Monitor and document Customer’s satisfaction towards the business in order to ensure the timely communication to the management for reference and future decision making.
  • Conduct the Customer Satisfaction survey to all customers upon completion of the project / retrofit in order to capture the satisfaction rating for the business.
  • Meet with present clients / customers to identify possible issues with the unit’s performance in providing the required products and services.
  • Evaluate any additional requirements of the customers for possible resolution within the defined limits / profitability of the business.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Mechanical / Industiral Engineering.
  • Master in Business Administration is Preferred
  • With knowledge and exposure in Boilers & Heat Exchangers
  • 35 Years old or Less
  • 6 Years of experience
  • Experience in HVAC, MEP, Construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and ERP Systems.
  • English, Arabic Languages
  • Analytical and have a good Attention to Details.
  • Good Customer Service Skills.
  • Good Networking and presentation skills.
