Job Description
We are looking to hire an executive manager for a clothing repairs & alterations company that has six stores (outlets) in prime locations across Cairo and we are looking to expand even more. We have around 70 employees. We are looking for a manager who can perform exceptionally well in three areas:
- Raise and maintain standards of store operations to meet international standards and become world class stores.
- Able to execute the CEO’s policies & daily instructions.
- Handle day to day administration of the stores and employees.
Job Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Less than 40 years of age
- Experience in stores management is an advantage
- Punctual
- Able to execute company policies
- Energy: Will have to spend time visiting stores in Maadi, Zamalek, Moqattam, Abd Nasr City
- Work under stress.
- Team work skills.
