Job Description
- Create new opportunities with customers and new forecasting with the new customers and existing customers.
- Open new deals and close old deals with new or existing customers.
- Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them with the customers.
- Maintain long term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
- Follow up with the customers after the sales and service.
- Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face- to- face meetings and through webmail applications
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Update all the active and maintain the details on the Client Relationship Management (CRM).
- Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and technologies, competitive products and industry trends.
Job Requirements
- A strong IT background.
- Ability to communicate articulately and effectively at all levels of business.
- Ability to building excellent client relationships and outstanding communication and presentation skills, ideally client facing.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation
- Consistently working as part of a project team focused on client success.
- Willingness to travel according to project location.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant degree.
- English: Good, both spoken and written.
- Exemption / Completion of military services (for Egyptians).
- Experience Level: 1+ years of experience.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Basic knowledge of Relational Database Concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Networks.
- ITIL service delivery qualification (foundation level essential) is a plus
- Experience in implementing IT Service Management Systems (ITSM) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO
- Basic knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3
