- Initiate new Projects through conducting customers after new PO Processing
- Conduct internal kick off meeting with the sales, presales and technical team leaders to discuss project requirements. scope
- Lead the planning and implementation of project after
- Arrange Internal Kick off meeting with Presales, Sales and Technical teams to discuss the project’s requirements, and review Scope of Work and Implementation.
- Follow up on Supplier PO Confirmation to have accurate data about delivery time from the logistic team
- Collect technical Requirements and data from technical team leader to confirm the MOM accuracy and then share it with customers
- Arrange the External kick off meeting with the Customer and the attendees with the Project Manager (Technical Engineer, Sales Engineer and Presales Engineer) to discuss the Project’s Scope of work, implementation plan and any other issue might be faced during the project implementation.
- Create External MOM Gathering all info Discussed During ex. Meeting
- Follow up with customer for the site preparation to make it Ready before implementation for the technical team
- Follow up with logistic team and arrange delivery with the customer
