Job Description
- Analyze the offers of the suppliers in order to select the most suitable supplier who is able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
- Follow the purchase orders until delivery and ensure payment is concluded accordingly.
- Review and verify commercial set of documents before the submission to the finance department.
- Update the purchasing follow-up reports on a periodic basis.
- Follow the budget of purchasing for all departments and control the expenses.
- Planning for new orders with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best offers.
- Follow up with suppliers delivery time and technical issues.
- Technical and commercial Offers for customers
- Local purchasing for factory needs.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Good command of Microsoft office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Must have the experience in the construction field
