Job Description
- Assist in Initiate new Projects through conducting customers after new PO Processing
- Review the issued shop drawings, & technical submittals by the technical office before starting the project activities
- Expand the connections of the company along with the potential clients and suppliers around the business territory
- Study the project requirements & the Technical Specifications
- Assist in Preparing of toolbox meeting to discuss the project aspects and possible strategies
- Assist in Creating and executing project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Assist in Identify resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
- Attend the technical meeting with the consultants to & the clients
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Track and reporting team hours and Progress on a weekly basis.
- Assist in Follow up the execution team and provide them with technical support if needed
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Double checking the system's functionality and witnessing the final testing & Commissioning phase.
- Review the testing & Commissioning reports before submitting it to the consultant
- Assist in Reviewing the issued as-built drawings by the technical office after project completion
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
- Search for new technologies and better Products around the Global markets
- Assist in representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars or training
Job Requirements
- Highly organized.
- Able to pull together plans for work activities in order to make their co-ordination of tasks run smoother.
- Able to adapt techniques and processes
- High communication Skill.
- Good Negotiation Skills
