Job Description

  • Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files.
  • Review and maintain employee personnel files, and ensure that they are complete and comply with labor law & company policies.
  • Screening potential candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviews with potential candidates.
  • Advising and consulting with employees regarding personnel questions and policies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience
  • Very good English language
  • Excel user
