Job Description
- Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff - Maintain filing system of personnel files.
- Review and maintain employee personnel files, and ensure that they are complete and comply with labor law & company policies.
- Screening potential candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviews with potential candidates.
- Advising and consulting with employees regarding personnel questions and policies.
