Job Description
- Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties that include managing an active calendar of appointments.
- Monitor company supplies, research advantageous deals or suppliers, and Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for it.
- Record meetings minutes.
- Prepare documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, or database.
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Supports CEO in his external commitments.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Very good computer skills (MS Excel and MS word, ...)
- Very good communication skills
- Fast, self-motivated.
- Reporting Skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management skills.
