Job Description
1.Manages and carries out all Talent Management processes in eSEED (50%)
- Talent Marketing: cost-efficient communication and vacancy promotion to target audiences, social media management for employer branding and marketing for employment
- Talent Selection: CV filtering, selection process design, conducting interviews with Technical Leads or senior management
- Talent Induction: orientation, goal setting, documentation, admin & legal
- Learning & Development: opportunity sourcing, soft skills training, capacity building
- Performance Management: performance appraisals, Reward & Recognition, tracking and policy enforcement
- Compensation & Benefits: salary scales management, cost-effective benefit creation, and management
- Work Environment:
- Guiding and maintaining a positive, inclusive, conducive and exciting work environment for all!
2.Manages all office-related administration (50%) including but not limited to: maintenance, fees, expenses, basic accounting, connectivity, services, suppliers…
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of volunteer/work experience (student organizations and NGOs are acceptable)
- High process orientation and attention to streamlined processes and experiences
- High level of integrity and keenness on preserving confidentiality and private information
- Passion and interest for Talent Management exhibited through past experiences
- Excellent command of English
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong familiarity and understanding of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
