Job Description
- Receiving the vehicle from the customer as per M.B. check list.
- Discuss all faults with the customer and write the repair order using the standard text and flat rates from the ASRA system.
- Following up the repairs till the finishing of the car wash facilities.
- Informing the customer for the completion of his vehicle time before to collect it.
- Get customer approval for the additional repairs and write the extension repair order.
- Explain warranty and good will policy to the customer.
- Advise customer concerning vehicle maintenance, accessories and technical problems.
- Handling the service information and explain it to the service advisors.
- Check up all service measures from the SAAS.system.
- Coordinate with the service advisor and follow up the reservation system.
- Absorb all customers complain to reach the top customer satisfaction
