Job Description
- Candidate will provide the first line of support for the site in USA remotely working in a multinational environment.
- Candidate will interface with IT contractors in multiple sites.
- Documentation and follow-up of all IT systems and server rooms such as Network, Firewall, Windows server, Linux server, File server, UPS, PABX, and CCTV.
- Provide advise on upgrades and future solutions while optimizing performance and cost.
- Perform periodic health checks on IT environment components.
- Develop scripts for automating client/server functions.
- Ensure all devices are maintained properly.
- Ensure maintenance activity is scheduled on a regular basis.
- Performs system upgrades.
Job Requirements
- BSc of computer science, computer engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Windows and Linux servers administration experience.
- Network administration experience with a focus on firewall and security.
- Experience with file servers and storage.
- Familiar with cloud solutions.
- Experience with VPN and remote access solutions.
- Scripting skills using c-shell, Perl and Python.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Requires flexibility with working hours to overlap with the site in USA.
