Job Description

  • Follow up with labor office & follow up the publications issued by the minister of labor forces & the other regulators on periodic basis.
  • Follow up with the social insurance office; the social insurance share, social insurance forms #1, #2, and #6, update the employees’ list with addition & deletion changes on periodic basis & ensure that all data of the employees are equal to the electronic social insurance data.
  • Keeps aware on regulations, Tax Law and Labor law and their impact on business and work environment.
  • Follow up attendance, record the absence cases & take the legal procedures for repeated absence according to the law, follow up the salary deductions from penalties & no balance, prepare list of all current employees “payroll sheet & compensations” & send the final payroll sheet to the finance department without any mistakes.
  • Responsible for periodic tracking of all site employees list, record the absence & termination cases & apply the law regulations on them according to the labor law rules.
  • Maintain & responsible for the personal files of all employees & all documents in the file without any loss & ensure that it contains all hiring documents of the employee which should be completed by 100% before hiring & then issue his/her company contract & keep copy in the personal file.
  • Prepare the renewal contracts before two months of contract ending date, issue the new contracts of the new employees & ensure the original contracts to be signed by the employee signature & under his/her own responsibility.
  • Follow with finance department & financial controller to ensure salary, bonus & profit share payments
  • Feed the HR Module System with the recent data such as new hires data, terminations, leaves, qualifications, salaries, Social insurance to ensure that all records & reports are updated and accurate on weekly basis.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of business administration or any relevant field .
  • Prefer from 1 : 3 years Experience at the same position 
  • Pharmaceutical  Experience are preferable .
  • October residents and nearby districts are preferable .
