Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems .
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
  • Manages the contract administrations function as it relates to maintenance/operations/ Security system/ Servers/ Transportation and ....etc.
  • Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
  • Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems.
  • Adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance
  • Organize and supervise other office activities
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or any relevant discipline.
  • Preferably substantial experience in the manufacturing field.
  • Have a good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written.
  • Have a possess an outstanding managerial skill.
  • Must has been good decision makers, analytical and logical.
  • Must have been the knowledge and skills include good leadership skills.
  • Can give good motivations to every worker to do their best at work.
  • Preferably having a car.
  • Preferably nearby residence.
