Job Description

  • The Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant will help the team succeed on all of our creative initiatives to help define and manage our brands so that we can continue to grow and excel in the health care industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Website promotional banners, content and updates for both desktop and mobile sites as assigned by Marketing Director.
  • Compose and post online content on Social media accounts
  • Maintain and create display ads for digital marketing
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Promote and exemplify company’s core values
  • Assist the marketing director with excel spreadsheets monthly to gather information from new membership
  • Support and control marketing campaign results
  • Control corporate image standards
  • Support special events
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Control and support of Marketing Material inventory to Marketing Manager
  • Providers updated list; photos, bios and office locations

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Photoshop and Design Skills
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Good time-management – deadline oriented.
  • Internet savy.
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Retreat, HTML, WP knowledge a plusBA, BS or BFA
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • General working knowledge of HTML and Illustrator
  • Social Media Knowledge: Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media outlets
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and hit deadlines
  • Focus on quality and details
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
  • Works well under pressure
  • Hard-working and self-motivated
  • Portfolio demonstrating a clean and modern design aesthetic
  • Language: Perfect English
