Job Description
Senior Product Specialists are required for a company working in Biotechnology field in life science and diagnostic molecular biology market in Egypt, Resident in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Delta and UpperEgypt
We are looking for someone with flair and experience who has already established a reputation as a proven Sales Professional.
- Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
- Maintaining the primary relationship with all clients, and representing the company at client meetings including face-to-face meetings at client locations or events where necessary – nationally and internationally
- Developing client relations at a senior level, providing high-quality professional expertise and consultancy, with responsibility for driving client accounts forward and thinking proactively
- Handle and follow up our customers.
- Implementation of plans for weekly and monthly
- Know all the information on devices and provide a full explanation about them.
- Provide regular reports about customers and how satisfied & why some customers stopped from dealing with the company's products with the explanation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Three years experience
- Confidence, creativity and flair
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (essential)
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and motivate others
- Strongly customer-focused, with the ability to juggle difficult customer needs
