Job Description
- Supervises the operation of production lines according to established procedures and policies
- Train and manage workers on production lines
- Sets performance reports for workers on production lines
- Responsible for the scheduling of the shift, including training employees and their vacations and work for extra hours and the rotation of shifts.
- Coordinates the beginnings of production and stop
- Responsible for achieving the productive objectives of shifts
- Works within standard operating procedures and industrial security procedures
- Secure a clean and safe workplace
- Completing the paper documents for the roses
- Help in production if required
- Other works assigned to it
- Responsible for quality control and controls the processes during the shifts to reach the planned product with its full characteristics and exclude the infringing products
- Responsible for the exchange of raw materials and follow-up
Job Requirements
- Applied arts, fine arts or any related qualification to furniture
- Any previous experience in the production or sale of home furniture
- Only 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed resident is welcome
