Job Description
We are looking for a digital marketing manager to plan, develop, launch and track digital marketing campaigns for our clients. You should be able to plan and oversee a digital marketing campaign from start to finish as well as coordinate with our social media and search engine specialists.
The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For:
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns
- Selecting the best tools suited to each client
- Leading our digital marketing team
- Track metrics on audience, content, views, and competitors.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Coordinating with our specialists to implement and track digital marketing campaigns
- Ensuring the deployment of campaigns
- Producing regular progress reports for clients
- Managing the company's own online presence
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-3 years / 1 - 3 Years in Real Estate industry.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Display good teamwork and leadership qualities
- Have a strong understanding of social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, analytics and consumer behavior.
- Posses an excellent oral and written level of English
- Understanding the value selling concept. Ability to help identify, communicate and support new business opportunities.
- Ability to understand and communicate market trends and specific customer needs.
