Here are your job duties :

• Managing (Facebook, Instagram, linkedin) platforms from content creation to implementation and engaging constantly with our target audience Ads management
• Prepare monthly reports on web traffic and social media platforms, and generate the required reports regarding the analysis for each campaign and gather the insights
• Manage, create and publish original, high quality creative content.
• Build and execute social media strategies and plans through competitive research, platform determination.
• Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests and escalating when necessary.
• Follow up the online orders and make the outbound calls when needed.
