Manage and lead a team of developers to ensure the features developed by the team are produced to the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time and no less.
Also required to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle.
Ensure deliverables meet the acceptance criteria given.
Ensure all work is thoroughly tested before it is presented to the customer
Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release
Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
Supports and develops the web developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.

Experience with web application security and incorporating security into the software development lifecycle
Excellent communication, both written and verbal (Arabic and English) strong technical background
Experience in a variety of software development
10 years experience, (5 years in software development, and
5 years backend and frontend development teams working on complex development projects.)
Bachelor Degree
