Job Description
- Post and announce vacancies on different recruitment channels (social media, online recruitment websites, etc.) to develop database for hiring needs.
- Screen, file, filter and categorize CVs from all recruitment sources (walk-ins, employment fairs, mailboxes, referrals, etc.).
- Review employment applications and hiring requests to match applicants with job qualifications and requirements.
- Handle the internal job postings, in terms of, template designing, listing qualifications, and matching requirements of interested candidates.
- Perform phone screening interviews and schedule candidates based on their matching profile.
- Follow up on drugs testing for all company drivers and update their related forms with names and national identification numbers.
