Job Description

A Business Development Specialist identifies new leads for expansion and develops new ways to grow the company.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Raise brand awareness and increase the bar of our market share.
  • Help businesses grow by developing a go-to-market strategy that will promote the brand, seek new business opportunities, and drive sales forward.
  • Manage sales targets as per units plan.
  • Build, nurture and maintain a relationship with clients and key accounts, attract potential business partners, cold calling prospects, visit locations and attend events on business networking purposes.
  • Seek out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Analyze business processes and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Process large amounts of clients data to make predictions and create detailed reports.
  • Negotiate/close deals and perform a needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years in Sales (Retail/Hospitality).
  • Presentable ( preferably males ).
  • High verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-driven and capable of setting and reaching targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Networking skills to liaise with business partners and clients.
  • Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Takes initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
