Job Description
A Business Development Specialist identifies new leads for expansion and develops new ways to grow the company.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Raise brand awareness and increase the bar of our market share.
- Help businesses grow by developing a go-to-market strategy that will promote the brand, seek new business opportunities, and drive sales forward.
- Manage sales targets as per units plan.
- Build, nurture and maintain a relationship with clients and key accounts, attract potential business partners, cold calling prospects, visit locations and attend events on business networking purposes.
- Seek out new market insights and business opportunities through research and analysis. Analyze business processes and identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue.
- Process large amounts of clients data to make predictions and create detailed reports.
- Negotiate/close deals and perform a needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years in Sales (Retail/Hospitality).
- Presentable ( preferably males ).
- High verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven and capable of setting and reaching targets.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Networking skills to liaise with business partners and clients.
- Ability to create business plans with actionable objectives.
- Customer oriented.
- Takes initiatives.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
