Job Description
- Collect performance evaluation to extract the TNA models
- Distribute and assemble model TNA training needs and collect the data required to prepare the annual training plan (TNA - PA - competencies matrix)
- Make program to develop the employees (succession plan )
- Coordinate attend trainees external training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in training.
- Excellent command in English
- Negotiation skills.
