Job Description
- Responsible for various projects and modifications, from kick-off to close-out for the enhancement and ongoing operational readiness of assigned MOP Asset.
- Ensure that the projects achieve fit for purpose solutions in a safe, environmentally sound, cost-effective, and timely manner.
- Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with the MOP Management of Engineering Change Process.
- Liaison with the Operations teams and Company Technical Authorities for scope identification, progress reporting and change management.
- Management of the nominated contractors and any other specialist or specific contract utilized for delivering the planned program of work.
- Ensure technical compliance of all modifications against legislation, standards, specifications and the asset performance standards.
- Ensure the engineering change process is robust, controlled and in compliance with MOP procedures. Management of sub-contractors will include budget control.
- Work in compliance with the Company’s Business Management System.
- Active participation, promotion and development of the MOP Safety and Environment policies.
- Offshore visits, surveys etc as appropriate.
- Collaboration with the offshore construction team via the OCS and the Construction Coordinator.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the Engineering and Projects Team.
- Risk management in accordance with MOP Procedures.
