Job Description

  • Receive and promptly respond to client queries.

  • Ensure superior client experience by addressing client concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.

  • Document issues and resolutions.

  • Manage a wide variety of customer service and other tasks to resolve customer issues

  • Learn about new updates and services

  • Answer product questions with up-to-date knowledge of promotions and ways to support.

  • Develop customer service solutions.

  • Identify possible website errors.

  • Help drive sales goals and achieve monthly quotas.

  • Ask open-ended questions to assess clients' needs.

  • Contact clients to follow up and inform them about promotions and upcoming events.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 - 5 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fast in Typing.
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills.
