Job Description

  • CRM Management

    • Verify & manage customer’s details on the CRM.
    • Manages customer’s activation on the company CRM.
    • Perform data uplift and cleansing activity such as record de-duplication.
    • Modify and update the CRM System according to the requirement of the Company.
    • Manage CRM users such as activate, deactivate according to the hiring process.
    • Conduct training session for the Company employees on the usage of the CRM system.

    Leads Administration

    • Ensuring that all prospect received from all sources is being handled by the sales team and satisfied.
    • Coordinate with all different departments to ensure the business is on track.
    • Running reports showing Clients feedback, Sales office response accuracy, and hot Leads accuracy to enhance our business development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering,Information technology or any of its equivalents
  • CRM Experience.
  • Prefer 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • High communication skills.
  • Customer detailed Oriented.

  • Analytical Thinking
  • Problem solving and decision making
