Job Description

CRM Management
- Verify & manage customer’s details on the CRM.
- Manages customer’s activation on the company CRM.
- Perform data uplift and cleansing activity such as record de-duplication.
- Modify and update the CRM System according to the requirement of the Company.
- Manage CRM users such as activate, deactivate according to the hiring process.
- Conduct training session for the Company employees on the usage of the CRM system.
Leads Administration
- Ensuring that all prospect received from all sources is being handled by the sales team and satisfied.
- Coordinate with all different departments to ensure the business is on track.
- Running reports showing Clients feedback, Sales office response accuracy, and hot Leads accuracy to enhance our business development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering,Information technology or any of its equivalents
- CRM Experience.
- Prefer 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- High communication skills.
- Customer detailed Oriented.
