Check the cleanliness of the Branch.
Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients.
Achieve sales target and projected profit with coordination with the team.
Operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
Make Sure that all employees are in accordance with the schedule.
Perform any other duties related to the work assigned by the direct manager.
Communicate personally with customers and resolve their complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deal with inquiries, complaints and emergencies.
Make sure that all the equipment is working properly and to take the necessary action in case of any abnormal.
Make sure that employees do not leave their Departments during the work without permission and approval from their boss.
Ensures the branch is opened and closed on a timely basis.

Candidates should be above 30 years old.
Minimum 3 years of management experience.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Good knowledge in Business Management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop & maintain relations with customers.
Presentable and have a good looking.
